Our Diagnoses and Symptoms

Oscar and I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, either Classic or Hypermobility forms. We haven't had the genetic test done yet to see if we have the gene for the Classic form, and the Hypermobility form doesn't have a test yet. We have been diagnosed by a geneticist at Vanderbilt based on symptoms and medical history. We have other symptoms as well. We have intestinal problems, joint problems, and low-muscle tone. He also suffers from dental and feet problems. I suffer from IBS, another symptom of EDS, and also some heart and skin problems that can be related to EDS.
